Advance care planning is about using living wills and other health care directives in ways that enhance the likelihood that your wishes will be honored. The site includes information about the new mental health care power of attorney.
NOTICE: Dorothy Garske Center’s health care directives documents and literature may now be reproduced for personal use and distributed by health care and other human services providers, governmental and religous organizations free or at the cost of reproduction. The Center will continue to assess print, handling and postage charges for materials distributed by mail. (July, 2002)
